This soap is formulated to give a perfectly stable - nice and bubbly lather. This is truly a creamy bar!
Because my soaps are hand made in small batches to ensure freshness, each soap may have a slight different appearance.

Shipping:
I typically ship the next business day (M - F) on US orders placed before 5pm Pacific Time. Please understand that I do my best to offer the most reasonable shipping policy and the shipping costs are geared toward purchases of 2-4 items. If you are concerned that shipping costs may be too high for the cost of your particular order, please contact me. Because shipping is an estimate, if the buyer has paid $1 or more over actual shipping costs, the buyer will be refunded the excess shipping costs after the item has been packaged and ready to ship.
I ship by USPS by either first class, parcel post or priority mail, depending on the shipping cost and fee. If your shipping payment covers the cost of priority mail, then your package will be shipped by priority mail. I am happy to provide insurance or expedited shipping as necessary to meet your needs, just ask for an invoice for extra services.
Please provide a current address. I am not responsible for additional shipping costs or loss of items associated with incorrect shipping addresses provided by your Etsy accounts.
Refunds and Exchanges:
At this time Wild Magnolia Soaps cannot accept returns or exchanges on our products due to sanitary concerns. If you are unhappy with your item or have any issues with an item please contact me before leaving feedback as customer satisfaction is my highest priority. In the event of damaged items via postal service I will require photographs of the damaged item in order to evaluate. We will do our best to work together to make sure everyone is happy. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
In addition, if you have a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of receiving item or no refund or exchange can be made.
Please keep in mind we do our best to provide the most accurate description of the scent being used. Please read the scent description carefully.

We love to create custom orders, however, all items that are on sale and sample sizes are sold AS IS. If you see an item that is on sale or a sample and would like it created differently, the item will be charged normal price (not sale price).
All body products sold here are those that have first been tested, used and enjoyed by myself, family, and friends. Products containing essential oils have been created with safety in mind with regard to appropriate concentrations of individual oils. These products have not been FDA approved or lab tested. Each of us has our own particular sensitivities, therefore please discontinue usage if irritation occurs.
You are welcome to contact me for wholesale orders. Minimum order for wholesale is $100 and buyer pays shipping. Special orders of soaps require up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
