At this time, Wild Magnolia Soaps cannot accept returns or exchanges on our products due to sanitary concerns. If you are unhappy with your item or have any issues with an item please contact me before leaving feedback as customer satisfaction is my highest priority. In the event of damaged items via postal service I will require photographs of the damaged item in order to evaluate. We will do our best to work together to make sure everyone is happy. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
